TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Definitions
​

"Company", "we", "us": Kijach Streaming Services.
"Client", "you": The person or entity commissioning services.
"Services": Live streaming, video/audio editing, and related services as described in a Quote/Order.
"Event": The show, wedding, conference, or other occasion to be streamed or recorded.
"Deliverables": Any recordings, edited files, assets, and links we provide.
"Quote/Order": The written specification, pricing, and scope agreed by both parties.
"Platform(s)": Any streaming destination(s) such as YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, custom RTMP, etc.

2) Scope of Services
​

  • Pre-event planning and tests

  • On-site setup and live streaming

  • Live production (switching, graphics, audio mix)

  • Multi-camera or single-camera capture

  • Recording and/or post-event file delivery

  • Video and audio editing (basic or advanced, as specified in the Quote)

  • Redundant recordings and/or backup connections (if included in the Quote)

Any items not listed in the Quote/Order are out of scope and may require a change order and additional fees.

3) Booking, Deposit & Payments
​

A booking is confirmed when you accept the Quote/Order and pay the deposit (typically 25–50%, non-refundable unless otherwise stated). The balance is due 7–14 days before the Event. Late payments may accrue interest at 8% per annum above Bank of England base rate, plus reasonable recovery costs.

4) Client Responsibilities
​

  • Permissions & Rights: You are responsible for securing all necessary permissions, releases, and licences.

  • Music/Copyright Licences: Ensure appropriate licences for music or copyrighted content.

  • Venue Access & Power: Provide timely access for setup, sufficient power, and safe conditions.

  • Network/Internet: Provide a stable, dedicated internet connection unless otherwise agreed.

  • Content Standards: Content must not be unlawful or infringing.

5) Video/Audio Editing Details
​

Editing includes trimming, color correction, audio balancing, and adding graphics as specified in the Quote. Two rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions are billed at £50/hour. Final files are delivered in MP4 (video) and WAV/MP3 (audio) formats within 14 days of the Event unless otherwise agreed.

6) Liability & Disclaimers
​

We provide services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming due to third-party platforms or network issues. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant Event.

7) Intellectual Property
​

You retain rights in your Event content. We retain rights in our templates, graphics, and production methods unless otherwise agreed. Portfolio use of short excerpts may occur unless you opt out by emailing info@kijach.com.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
