REFUND POLICY

1) Who this policy applies to
- Consumers (Individuals): Protected under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Business Clients (B2B): Governed by contract and commercial law.
2) Services covered

Live streaming services (including recording and delivery)

Video/audio editing services (post-production, mastering, graphics)
3) Consumer bookings — your cancellation rights
A. 14-day cooling-off (distance/off-premises bookings only): You have 14 days to cancel if booked online/phone. If you request early service start, we may deduct costs for work done.
B. Exceptions: Date-specific events (e.g., weddings) may not have cooling-off rights. Digital content delivered within 14 days may waive cooling-off rights.
C. Refund processing: Refunds within 14 days of cancellation notice, to original payment method, minus fair value of work performed.
4) Business clients (B2B) — cancellations & refunds

Deposits are typically non-refundable.

Balance due 7–14 days before event; late payments may incur interest at 8% above BoE base rate plus statutory compensation.

Cancellation windows: >30 days: deposit retained; 8–30 days: 50% fee; ≤7 days: 100% fee.
5) Service issues — remedies & partial refunds (consumers)
If services are not performed with reasonable care and skill, we will re-perform or offer a price reduction/refund as required by law.
6) Events beyond our control
We will attempt rescheduling or partial refunds if force majeure or platform outages prevent delivery.
7) Editing services — revisions & approval
Two rounds of revisions included; extra revisions billed at agreed rate. Refunds not available after final approval except where legally required.

Include name, event date, booking number, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
9) Music & copyright licences
Client must secure PRS/PPL licences for music use. Streaming to own site may require PRS LOML; platform streams rely on platform licences but must follow their policies.
10) Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to Scottish courts.
